ibis Styles Port Macquarie

Perfect waterfront location above Towns Beach. Stylish rooms, clean and new furnishings. Large bathroom. Our room officially a ‘garden view’ which looked over the car park but had the gorgeous view of the ocean from the third floor. Could hear the ocean at night. Special touch - a complimentary bottle of wine, chips, chocolate and water on arrival! Huge TV! Super comfy bed and pillows. No sore backs here! Screens on windows was awesome - this meant we could have the windows open with a cross breeze instead of air conditioning.

The location overlooking the Pacific Ocean and a leisurely stroll to the centre of Port Macquarie is the highlight of this accommodation. It is directly opposite Gaol Point with easy access to the boardwalk/ocean path which is a great holiday fitness activity. Town beach is also diagonally across from here. Ocean view rooms with the lovely sound of the waves is a highlight. It is clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. We liked how the Ibis is only two stories high and there is plenty of easy to access parking.

Beautiful sunrise directly facing our balcony from room 204, this would only apply for winter staying as the sunrise would be mostly out of sight in summer. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Loved the ocean views. The spa was lovely to relax in after a hard few weeks working over Christmas. A beautiful birthday treat. Small hiccup with someone burning some toast that set off the fire alarms in the morning but a quick response from the Firies and wellbeing checks by staff were fantastic.
